Nicole McWilliams

Nicole is a single mom of 2 amazing kids whose fathers both struggle with SUD. Those experiences inspired her to want to work in this field. Nicole began working with SUD at SEMOBH as a Care Coordinator, moved to the St. Louis area, and began working with Compass Health Network as a QMHP for an Adult CPRC team. Nicole moved back to Rolla 4 years ago and became Supervisor over the Integrated Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders team and loves her job. Nicole has said for many years that in order to make a difference in this field of work, it needs to be what you are passionate about and she is. “I truly love what I do and my team at Compass Health Network.”
