James Gillum

I currently have offices in West Plains and Lebanon MO where I provide SATOP (Substance Awareness Traffic Offender Program) Services under South Central Missouri Citizen's Advisory Board as well as providing mental health and substance abuse services for both children and adults, in the areas of co-occurring disorders, trauma, substance abuse, mental health and those judicially at risk. I have most recently began serving sex offenders in both offices. I am a 2006 graduate of Evangel University with an MS in Clinical Psychology. I have served at Ozark Correctional Center in their treatment program where was transition coordinator, spearheaded the high risk program and completed all intakes for a 650 bed facility. I have taught as adjunct faculty at both the University of Phoenix and Columbia College.
